I had a great stay at this hotel in Puebla Centro district. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk to almost everything I needed. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful, even checking me into a room that was ready before the check-in time. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I really appreciated the free hot coffee in the morning and the availability of distilled water all day. The building had a charming colonial style, and I especially enjoyed the cozy living room area outside of my room. The WiFi signal was stronger there, which was a nice bonus. this hotel offered excellent value for money, and I ended up extending my stay because I loved it so much.

They allowed us to check in early and stored our luggage until our bus later in the day. the courtyard added a unique and charming touch to the hotel, and the coffee and distilled water provided in the lobby were great bonuses!
